Job Summary The General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects, managing field leadership teams, and ensuring adherence to budget, company process, schedule, safety, and quality objectives. This role serves as the primary liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and field operations.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale construction projects , mentoring and managing field leadership teams while ensuring projects are staffed, resourced, and executed effectively across multiple locations.

Lead project planning and controls , including preconstruction activities, budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, procurement coordination, schedule management, and weekly look-ahead planning to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple large, complex construction projects simultaneously, assess performance against project objectives, and identify solutions to technical and operational challenges.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, project scheduling methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
Minimum Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressive construction leadership experience. Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing ground-up commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects valued at $50 million or more. Proven track record delivering complex construction projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, transportation infrastructure, industrial facilities, high-rise buildings, or similarly complex projects.
