Taste and evaluate a range of beverage products (relating to taste, appearance, texture, and smell) using a clearly defined vocabulary both individually and within a team Collaborate and communicate clearly with other panellists and panel leader, identifying and describing sensory characteristics Participate in product and sensory attribute training and assessments Willingness to taste and try new flavours and inventive products Willingness to implement feedback and follow instructions Strong vocabulary & basic numeracy skills Thrives working as part of a team, enjoys engaging and motivating others.

Ability to work independently and be fully focused during product assessments. Excellent communication skills, articulate and able to describe taste experiences and sensations in good detail. Willingness to learn and cement learnings to build own mastery.
