Triage Associate I, Platform Triage - Second Shift (Contract)

We analyze large datasets from our comprehensive testing program, encompassing on-road testing, closed-course track testing, virtual simulations, and re-simulations of real-world driving logs. This analysis allows for us to identify, classify, and track vehicle performance issues and improvements. Triage Operations serves as a vital communication hub, connecting Operations, Systems Engineering, Virtual Test, and Autonomy teams to ensure a fully integrated engineering lifecycle.

The insights generated directly improve our systems and machine learning algorithms, enabling us to continuously learn from challenging scenarios and enhance vehicle performance.

What You’Ll Do

g. ) Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of test vehicles in real time, providing live feedback and actionable steps for in-vehicle operators Monitor and document the context (what is happening) and identify possible cause (why is it happening, which module is responsible) of a variety of issues Work in an operational but fast-paced environment emphasizing your attention to detail Work closely with team members and internal management to identify and escalate problems What you'll need to succeed: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
