Overview of Role: We are currently seeking to recruit an administrator to join our busy team of Compliance professionals.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to forge a career within a leading consultancy, providing an efficient and responsive service and assist with managing and prioritising their time. The role will be responsible for providing administrative team support particularly, but not limited to H&S ; diary co-ordination, travel bookings, meeting preparation, accurate record keeping, production of documents, maintenance of system templates, maintaining, monitoring and managing training system/tracker. Providing cover in holidays and other absence to the document controller in issuing and maintenance of MS Teams and Helix sites, and all other duties as required in a busy compliance team.
Arranging team meetings, taking actions, updating and monitoring team planners Producing team documents Maintenance of company/system templates Co-ordinating queries in Compliance in-box Management and maintenance of all mandatory training, sending invites, chasing completion and updating system/trackers ensuring records are accurate and up to date Collation of accident statistics and reports on Health and Safety and Welfare. Managing documentation to evidence health and safety in offices compliance Managing licences for Compliance systems access Maintaining Compliance pages in Company intranet as required MS Team’s Site creation/issuing Helix playbooks to cover sickness/holiday Team social secretary/organising events Liaising with HR, IT and other departments as required Any other administrative duties as required by the team The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive approach to the role and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence.
