About The Role

V. is looking for a motivated, action-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Strategy & Operational Excellence team as a Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will lead the complex, cross functional projects from scoping through successful execution and post evaluation.

The ideal candidate is a business minded practitioner of project management methodologies with experience in consumables who excels at leading cross functional teams through trust and partnership to deliver extraordinary results. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Responsible for the application of project management methodologies, best practices, and standards Development and management of projects including scoping, establishing timelines, milestones and deliverables, meetings and stage gate progression, influencing and driving accountability and results including OTIF execution. Leadership and coordination of communication with main stakeholders, project teams and steering teams Proactively identify, document, manage and escalate project issues and risks Resolve project related conflicts through skilled negotiation, tact and diplomacy, where necessary becoming involved.

Conduct project reviews post key project stages and share learnings for future projects as best practice.
