Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is full-time permanent position working on-site at our Sheffield site and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 along with a structured development plan that includes training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth within our organisation.

You'll be the friendly, reliable voice our customers turn to - managing their expectations, keeping them in the loop on performance, and making sure their returns are handled quickly, accurately and without fuss. Behind the scenes, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Transport, Planning and Client Relationship teams to keep everything ticking along smoothly. No two days will look the same: one minute you could be digging into the numbers behind a customer's returns performance, the next you're on the phone sorting a stock query or spotting a smarter way to do things.
