This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on with the software that keeps a major supply chain business moving. As an Application Support Analyst you will be compensated with a salary of £43,000 and you’ll join a growing, genuinely capable team of support analysts, software developers and QA specialists, all working together to support and improve the systems we’ve built in-house. Based at our Bradford site, you’ll support our Azure-hosted Warehouse Management and Transport software, the platforms our operation depends on every day.

NET and T-SQL, you’ll dig into the code to find and fix defects yourself, or escalate to the development team when needed, all tracked through ServiceNow and Jira. Over time, your mission is a satisfying one: steadily driving down the number of known bugs and defects across our systems. No two issues are ever quite the same, and you’ll be supporting colleagues across multiple sites, so if you enjoy solving problems, getting to the root of things and seeing the difference your work makes, you’ll love it here.

Nice To Have
