What You'Ll Do

Build genuine, collaborative treatment alliances with patients, adapting to their evolving clinical needs Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP and OP levels of care Deliver engaging addiction and recovery education presentations Conduct assessments, case management, discharge planning, and coordinate with referral sources and other providers Partner with the treatment team to address co-occurring psychiatric needs Complete evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation that meets state and CARF standards Track and contribute to measurable outcomes — retention, attendance, program completion, and treatment goal achievement Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis (about one week, a few times per year) to support patients in crisis Bring your experience in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care into daily practice Represent Kolmac/CCG with professionalism and positive energy, in and out of session Direct patient care makes up roughly 55% of the role, depending on program needs.
