F. , also known as FSCO, is the parent company to many brands within our portfolio. This role is part of Schumacher North America, which is the largest division of the company.
About The Role
The Studio Sales Lead role serves as the primary Schumacher representative and keyholder in the new Salt Lake City, Utah studio (opening in late Summer) and is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional client service, and overseeing daily showroom operations. This role would be remote with occasional travel to the Denver showroom for training until the Studio opens in late Summer. At least in the near-term, the Studio Sales Lead will be the sole FSCO representative at the studio and will act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the space.
The role reports directly to the Managing Director, Rockies. Future add-to-staff decisions for the SLC studio will be considered in time, and in coordination with the Studio Sales Lead and Managing Director, Rockies. Success in this role is defined by strong sales performance, operational excellence, consistent follow-through, and meaningful relationship-building within the interior design community.
