Qualifications
: HS Diploma, or GED required; 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred Our administrative support team must be have excellent organization and time management, communication, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, with a customer service mindset Some Job
Responsibilities
Include: Administrative & Operational Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate shipping of supplies and courier services, process staff recognition requests, provide data entry and project support Supplies Support: Assist with supply tracking requests, assist with coverage of the centralized supplies inbox as needed, update and adjust purchase orders as needed Facilities & Maintenance Support: Assist in monitoring and completing maintenance requests, help coordinate and follow-up with vendors Communication & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with internal staff and clinics, communicate with vendors and representatives, research and contact potential vendors Objectives: Provide timely and accurate support for supply and facilities-related requests Ensure efficient handling of mail, shipping, and courier coordination Support internal communication and tracking requests Assist in maintaining organized systems for supply tracking and maintenance Contribute to team efficiency through administrative support Who Are We?
