VTC Technologist

n Logic is hiring for a VTC Facilitator to support secure communications and collaboration for Army operations at Fort Lee, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award. This role is responsible for operating, supporting, and troubleshooting video teleconference systems in a secure environment.

This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.

Responsibilities

: Operate and facilitate video teleconference systems supporting mission operations Provide real-time technical support for secure communications sessions, including crypto keying functions where applicable Train users on VTC equipment and usage best practices Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, software, and user access issues Coordinate with IT and network teams to ensure system availability and reliability Support Microsoft Windows-based environments and enterprise collaboration tools Support secure communications operations in accordance with applicable DoD, Army, TRADOC, CASCOM, and local installation

S. Citizen. Current SECRET security clearance is required for consideration.
