Compensation
& Analytics plays a critical role in shaping and optimizing Kaseya's sales
strategy within a high-growth recurring revenue environment.
plan effectiveness and ARR growth.
plan design, and building scalable reporting infrastructure that enables executive decision-making and operational excellence.
analytics models to measure quota attainment, incentive payouts, plan effectiveness, and ARR-related performance metrics. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
plan performance, identifying anomalies and recommending program enhancements.
plans, including OTE economics, affordability analyses, sensitivity modeling, and quota framework development.
planning initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and enterprise data sources including Snowflake, Salesforce, Captivate IQ, and HRIS platforms. Establish and maintain data governance standards, reporting documentation, naming conventions, and version control processes.
documentation, including standard operating procedures, plan documents, executive presentations, FAQs, and change management communications.
programs effectively support business objectives and growth strategies.
analytics, FP&A, sales operations, revenue operations, or strategic analytics, preferably within a SaaS or recurring revenue business. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot. Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
