Maintenance Manager – The Union Flats in Fishers, Indiana The Maintenance Manager leads daily maintenance operations for a Class A multifamily community, ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and operating in alignment with Thompson Thrift’s quality, safety, and service standards. This role plays a key part in preserving asset value, supporting operational performance, and delivering a high-quality resident experience. Your Role as a Maintenance Manager As a Service Manager, you will lead day-to-day maintenance operations for an assigned community, providing hands-on direction to the service team while ensuring the property’s physical assets are maintained to the highest standards.
This role is responsible for executing preventative maintenance, managing service workflows, and driving operational efficiency through strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through. You will play a critical role in resident satisfaction, asset preservation, and overall property performance by ensuring timely service delivery, minimizing downtime, and supporting occupancy goals. You will collaborate closely with community management, vendors, and internal partners to deliver consistent, high-quality service and support the long-term value of the community.
