Benefits
, and Genius features work and are presented across the eMAG website and mobile app.
are structured and evolve over time.
span multiple platforms (Freshful, Wolt, Flip, Fashion Days and others) and require close alignment with external and internal stakeholders. Ensure Genius features are reliable and correctly implemented on both site and app - covering display logic, subscription state management, eligibility rules, and edge cases. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and platform teams to deliver coherent product experiences and well-prioritized roadmap items.
Use data, subscriber research, and business context to inform decisions, measure the impact of shipped features, and continuously improve the product. Anticipate and surface risks early - in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, proactive communication is as important as delivery. What makes you a good fit: Experience and Background Minimum 3 year of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role (mid-level profile).
Proven product ownership - you have taken projects from zero to one, making independent product decisions, not just managing a backlog handed to you. Solid grasp of the software development process - you understand how products are built end to end, how to plan a sprint, who to align with, and how to turn a business need into a clear, actionable user story. Experience working in cross-functional delivery - you've collaborated across Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams and know how to keep everyone aligned without losing momentum.
Comfortable working on backend oriented, but also front-end products - you don't need to write code, but you understand the concepts, constraints, and trade-offs well enough to have a real conversation with engineers. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus - enough to pull data independently when you need it, without waiting for someone else. Soft Skills and Communication Ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of what matters most.
Customer-first thinking - you put the subscriber experience at the center of product decisions, not just what's easiest to build. Clear, structured communication - you can explain a business need concisely, write coherent user stories, and present trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactivity and ownership - you drive your areas forward without waiting to be asked, and you take accountability for outcomes.
Adaptability - you're comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with custom-built systems, evolving processes, and a high degree of autonomy.
