About The Role

We are looking for a Principal Systems Developer to take technical ownership of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform alongside supporting a wider martech stack. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and scaling the technical foundations of Marketing Cloud, including data architecture, integrations, and platform governance. You will work closely with Marketing Operations, Salesforce teams, and the Data function to ensure Marketing Cloud is: Technically robust and scalable Well-integrated into our enterprise architecture Governed in line with data and compliance standards This is not a campaign execution role — it is a platform engineering and technical leadership position.
