Our technology platform enables us to serve clients more effectively and cost-efficiently, offering advisors who join Farther as employees a high payout of wealth advisory fees while maintaining low personnel costs for acquired practices. This role combines M&A expertise and execution excellence to drive Farther’s acquisition strategy within the RIA space. You will be responsible for evaluating and executing M&A opportunities with retiring advisors and RIA firms.
