Requirements

) along with an active license (RCSWI, LCSW, RMHCI, LMHC, RMFTI, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body. Bilingual in Spanish/English is required. Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.

For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $87,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities). Free to You Clinical Elevation – The road to independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is simply part of your daily plan. You will receive no cost clinical supervision (for RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI) built in your workday.
