HVAC Technician — Service & Install (Commercial)

We're growing 40%+ year over year and hiring because we have more work than hands. The Role Two experienced HVAC technicians who can both service and install commercial refrigeration and chilled water systems, working alongside foremen and techs who know their trade. This isn't a parts-changer job.

What You'Ll Do

Install and service commercial chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment Install fan coils, split systems, air handlers, and related mechanical equipment Pipefitting: copper brazing and soldering, threaded steel Diagnose, troubleshoot, and commission systems in occupied commercial buildings Work cleanly and safely on customer sites and represent Retrofit professionally

What We'Re Looking For

Hands-on commercial HVAC experience (service and/or install) EPA Section 608 certification Experience with fan coils and split systems Pipefitting skills — copper braze/solder and threaded steel Chilled water or commercial refrigeration experience strongly preferred A clean driver's license and a work ethic that doesn't need babysitting

Compensation

reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
