Position Overview Reporting to a Director of Talent Acquisition, and partnering directly with leadership across the organization, this role will lead to full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized engineering, client delivery, and executive level talent. From sourcing and candidate experience to hiring strategies and skills assessments, you’ll ensure that every step of our hiring process reflects our values, raises our bar, and strengthens our ability to deliver breakthrough AI solutions to our clients. What You’Ll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles including product, design, delivery, and engineering professionals. Partner with hiring leaders to define success profiles, interview structures, and evaluation criteria aligned to both capability and impact. Build strong pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, communities, and creative sourcing strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing market insight, talent trends, and practical recommendations. Own the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring communication is thoughtful, timely, and human.

Represent the organization in external communities, events, and networking environments to build long-term relationships.
Assessment & Hiring Excellence Partner with interview teams to maintain a high and consistent hiring bar. Conduct initial screens to evaluate functional expertise, problem solving, and client readiness. Coach interviewers on structured, fair, and inclusive evaluation practices.
Contribute to improving rubrics, tools, and analytics that help us hire smarter over time. What You’ll Bring A degree in business, HR, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of recruiting experience, including experience specifically on technical/engineering as well as consulting/delivery roles.
Ability to understand and discuss foundational technical concepts (APIs, cloud architectures, LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows). Track record of hiring specialized passive talent in competitive markets.
Requirements
