The Role: We are seeking a driven Lead Technical Project Manager with proven problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills. The Lead Technical Project Manager should have wide-ranging experience, rely on their own judgement and discretion to think "outside the box," and resolve a variety of highly complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Responsibilities
for this role will include: Work on complex issues where analysis of situations, data, dependencies, and stakeholder needs requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, tools, AI/agent workflows, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Own multiple projects and/or multiple programs, using structured project management practices and approved AI/agent tools to improve clarity, efficiency, and follow-through.

Leverage approved AI/agent tools to enhance project efficiency, including synthesis, status reporting, risk identification, decision tracking, stakeholder communication, and executive-ready summaries. Develop systems, procedures, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows to help management operate more efficiently and effectively. Carry out project management activities, including project planning, resource planning, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, and decision follow-up.
Define, maintain, and continuously improve analytics for business stakeholders, including dashboards, reporting views, and source-of-truth checks where appropriate. Demonstrate an understanding of technology and technology projects, including how AI/agent capabilities can improve project execution, operational efficiency, and decision-making. What You’ll Bring: 6+ years of technical experience required.
Prior experience within a business consulting or project management function is required. Ability to operate independently, be a team lead, supervising a small team of consultants or TPMs. Comfortable working with senior management; willing to offer suggestions and opinions.
Proven experience with driving and leading high impact projects. Ability to interpret and translate business needs into actionable practices. Capable of building trust through demonstrated competence and results.
