Requirements
: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma/GED Able to pass criminal background check Letter of Recommendation Health Examination (provided) Immunizations: Negative TB skin test, or required documentation for positive results ( Upon successful completion of this program, students will be eligible to sit for their State Certification Examination.
: Must work on the floor in a Full-Time / On-Call position (pending availability) CNA position for 1-year following the completion of CNA program. Submit applications in person to Crestwood Manor: Cassandra Schultz, RN/DSD Application Period: July 6th - July 30th Interviews will be held in person July 8th - August 4th About the Campus: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation and rehabilitation.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 70 USD It’s About Growth!
