Role Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in attracting, assessing, and securing top-tier talent for the company global operations. This position significantly contributes to the growth and successful execution of the company's strategic objectives by building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. This role will focus on supporting various group functions and trading specific roles.
Key Responsibilities
: Translate business needs into clear job descriptions, role profiles, and hiring scorecards Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating/interviewing, verbal offer through to candidate acceptance; then hand over to People Operations for onboarding Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority roles (proactive sourcing, market mapping, talent communities) Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define

, align on selection criteria, and keep processes moving Hold Hiring Managers accountable to agreed timelines, interview quality, and timely decisions throughout the selection process Ensure a consistently strong candidate experience (clear communication, structured process, feedback loops) Track pipeline health and hiring progress, flag risks early, and drive improvements to speed and quality of hire Candidate Profile: Proven experience in proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, talent pipelines) Ability to attract and engage high-quality candidates while delivering a strong candidate experience Experience writing compelling job descriptions and outreach messages Data-driven approach with the ability to monitor and improve key recruiting metrics Experience improving hiring processes and maintaining structured interview practices 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced hiring environment (in-house, agency, or mixed) Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Experience running interviews and coordinating end-to-end hiring processes Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Experience using ATS tools to maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) High ownership and attention to candidate quality and experience Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Nice To Have
