The Opportunity As a Senior Security Engineer, you'll serve as a senior technical leader within nuHarbor's Engineering team, responsible for the platforms, architectures, and integrations that power our managed security services. This role combines systems engineering, platform optimization, automation, architecture, and client engagement. You'll own the engineering foundation that enables our SOC, Detection Engineering, and Managed Services teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

You'll also mentor fellow engineers, drive technical excellence, and help shape the future of nuHarbor's managed services platform ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Security Engineering, or a related field OR quivalent practical experience supported by relevant industry certifications 5+ years of experience engineering and supporting enterprise security platforms 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and engineering Splunk environments, including Splunk Enterprise Security Experience onboarding, normalizing, and managing security telemetry across multiple data sources Experience working with common security data models and normalization frameworks Strong proficiency with Windows and Linux systems Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, security architecture, and risk management Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, and system design principles Experience with d
