Reporting to the VP, Strategic Cybersecurity Operations , this leader will play a critical role in scaling Deepwatch's global CyberOps organization by building a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes across Security Operations, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and future Threat Hunting and Incident Response capabilities.

This is a player-coach leadership role. While the primary responsibility is leading, developing, and growing the India CyberOps pod, the Senior Manager will also remain operationally engaged by managing a queue of customer alerts, investigations, tickets, and escalations as business needs require. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing people leadership with hands-on technical execution, leads by example, and establishes credibility by working alongside the team.
