About The Team
& Opportunity The BizOps team at Clever sits at the intersection of revenue strategy and execution — partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to build the data infrastructure and operational playbooks that drive growth. We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to own the end-to-end RevOps function and fill a critical gap on the team: someone who can think clearly about the business and do the work themselves. This isn’t a strategy-only seat — you’ll be hands-on with the modeling, the systems, and the stakeholders.
If you’re motivated by turning messy data into trusted decisions and getting cross-functional teams moving in the same direction, this role was built for you.
What We’Re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years in Revenue Operations, with strong experience in bottom-of-funnel operations (CS, renewals, NRR/GRR) Prior people management experience — has directly managed a team Solid across analytics, process, and systems — comfortable moving between all three, not just one Strong Salesforce proficiency: able to build, maintain, and improve complex reporting and data workflows Track record of building data-driven recommendations independently and presenting them to senior leadership Clear, concise communicator — precise with language and credible in the room with executives and cross-functional leaders Change management instincts: able to bring stakeholders along without disruption Experience operating in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment (e.g., OKR-driven org)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-To-Haves)
Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or equivalent Experience with renewal forecasting tools (e.g., Gong) Familiarity with EdTech or SaaS go-to-market models
