Responsibilities
: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems - Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems - Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly - Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions for HVAC system installation and repair - Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems

Qualifications
: - 5-10 Years minimum Experience In Service (Commercial or Industrial) - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair - Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues with HVAC systems - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Skills: - Experience with commercial systems, industrial a plus - Mechanical aptitude for field service work - Ability to perform equipment repairs and maintenance - Knowledge of appliance repair techniques is beneficial Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
