Role Overview The Quality team is responsible for helping maximize the performance of content across all MrBeast channels. This Project Manager exists to bring structure, accountability, and execution rigor to the Quality team's initiatives. The role will ensure projects move from concept to completion, priorities remain aligned, stakeholders stay informed, and critical work gets delivered on time.

The Role As Project Manager, Quality, you will own multiple projects simultaneously across the Quality organization. You will partner closely with the Head of Virality and other members of the Quality team to coordinate initiatives that support content performance across the MrBeast ecosystem. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

You will work cross-functionally with Creative, Production, Corporate, Analytics, and other teams to drive execution against high-priority initiatives. You should be comfortable operating in rapidly changing environments where priorities shift frequently and execution speed matters.

What You'Ll Do
