This role is responsible for picking orders, staging frozen products, loading trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced food distribution warehouse. Key Responsibilities

Pick and prepare customer orders using pick lists and warehouse systems Stage frozen food products for shipment Load delivery trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accuracy by scanning and verifying products Ensure proper handling of frozen foods to maintain quality and safety standards Rotate inventory and maintain organized freezer storage areas Assist with cycle counts and inventory management Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Support operational activities related to government inspections and export certifications Communicate inventory concerns or scheduling needs with the warehouse supervisor Work with the team to meet daily shipping and delivery schedules

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred Experience working in a freezer or cold storage environment is a plus Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification Basic computer skills for inventory scanning and order processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physical

Requirements

Ability to work in a cold freezer environment Standing and walking for extended periods Lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs.
