Professional Summary An administrative professional dedicated to providing comprehensive support to the Human Resources Manager. This role manages all facets of personnel records, facilitates temporary agency payroll operations, and ensures seamless HR service delivery through meticulous data management and proactive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Acts as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering professional, timely, and solutions-oriented customer service. Executes general administrative and clerical functions, including managing the main phone line and coordinating internal and external correspondence. Maintains accurate and confidential employee records within physical files and the Oracle Fusion HRIS, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.

Reconciles temporary agency timesheets and processes related invoices to ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles.

Ensures regulatory compliance by verifying I-9 documentation and processing employee data through Greenhouse and Oracle Fusion. Facilitates offboarding procedures by accurately processing termination paperwork and exit documentation. Strong interpersonal skills characterized by reliability, punctuality, and a proactive professional attitude. Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Oracle Fusion, Kronos, Greenhouse) and the Google Workspace suite.

Requirements
