Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time, board-certified Psychiatrist to join our collaborative outpatient team, serving patients across the lifespan, including adolescents. This role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, relationship-driven care supported by dedicated clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on what matters most - your patients.

With an established referral base, you will step into a steady and meaningful clinical flow, while also having the ability to shape and grow services through program development opportunities. The Psychiatrist provides outpatient psychiatric care using a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.

This part-time position (up to 20 hours per week, non-benefit eligible) serves patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. The role includes comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacologic management, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary, team-based model. The Psychiatrist practices within a collaborative care framework, partnering with therapists, advanced practice providers, primary care clinicians, patients, and—when appropriate—family members or guardians to optimize clinical outcomes.

Experience in adolescent psychiatry is preferred.

Responsibilities

as a collaborating/supervising physician for nurse practitioners and other advanced practice providers in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
