Location: This position is fully remote within the Continental United States.
Compensation
: The salary range for this position is $180k - $195k, depending on experience level.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of two products and product delivery teams Collaborate with teammates to ensure complete, succinct, and testable acceptance criteria. Partner with the Product Owner/Manager to ensure alignment between Product and Engineering. Accountable for hiring Engineers on the product delivery teams Contribute effectively to the code base across the full stack and lead by example Coach others to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of business value.
Align the Engineer’s career goals with the company's goals. Evaluate the team to provide direct guidance on performance and potential. Provide technical leadership through mentorship, coaching, and assistance.
Lead the continuous improvement of Engineering practices Align team decisions with Enterprise Architecture Principals and Department goals Stay on the leading edge of software engineering practices and technologies, while building a collaborative learning culture. Strives to drive a positive user experience Able to work through and solve complex problems Accountable for outcomes for the company, technology, and team.
Required Qualifications
& Skills 5+ years of experience as a full-stack Software Engineer At least 2 years of experience as an engineering manager. 5+ years desired.
