Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN) Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one clinical care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric seizure management.

Responsibilities

Seizure Management: Monitoring and intervention for epilepsy; proven pediatric seizure experience is required. G-Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube. Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag.

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care) Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) Communicate with families and care teams Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Schedule & Pay Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available Day, night, and weekend shifts Weekly pay + optional daily pay Competitive pay based on experience Why Work at Centria?

Qualifications
