Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care Location: Saginaw, MI Patient: 1-Year-Old Female Schedule: 24/7 Coverage Needed (12-Hour Shifts) Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sun–Sat) Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Sat) About the Case We are looking for a dedicated nursing professional to provide critical 1-on-1 care for a one-year-old baby girl in Saginaw. This is a complex cardiac and respiratory case involving Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and Bronchomalacia . The home is a pet-free, busy household with three older siblings.

Requirements

: Active LPN or RN license. A positive, engaging personality—someone who enjoys talking and socializing.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care) Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) Communicate with families and care teams Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time shifts available Day, night, and weekend shifts Weekly pay + optional daily pay Competitive pay based on experience Why Work at Centria?

Qualifications
