Adult and Pediatric Private Duty Nurse

Responsibilities

) Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required) Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care Schedule &

About The Role

: We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the area to provide home care to pediatric patients. Our pediatric population ranges in ages from birth to 21 years of age. 00 per hour.
