About The Role

This role sits at the center of the sales organization and serves as the operational backbone supporting Sales Acquisition and Expansion teams. The person in this role will own many of the day-to-day processes that keep the business running smoothly, including Salesforce administration, reporting and dashboard development, forecast support, territory management, pipeline tracking, and ad hoc analysis. It's a highly visible role that partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and frontline leaders, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with data, improving processes, and serving as a trusted resource for sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similarly analytical, cross-functional role Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, basic admin functions) Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level (pivot tables, lookups) Ability to manage multiple ad hoc requests against a backdrop of recurring deadlines (weekly forecast, monthly reporting)

Preferred Qualifications

Logistics, freight, supply chain, or marketplace experience Experience with SQL or other data tools (Power BI, Tableau) Sharp attention to detail — this role lives in the data Strong communication skills and the instinct to flag a problem before it becomes a fire drill Salesforce admin certification
