About The Role
We are looking for a BIM/VDC Senior Engineer to join our Virtual Design & Construction team on our project in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate problem-solving using technology and collaboration with internal and external project teams Coordinate your workload and that of others for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s) Ensure modeling efforts and deliverables are completed to resolve construction issues Track
Qualifications
Required: 3–5 years of BIM/VDC experience on commercial construction projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of training and experience Proficiency with 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Strong working knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules Strong understanding of construction management processes (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other applicable tools Ability to work collaboratively and independently Willingness to relocate and travel Strong communication and time management skills Preferred: Experience mentoring and training team members Familiarity with advanced VDC workflows and emerging technologies #LI-KM1 Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).
