What You’Ll Do

: • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with urgency and professionalism • Build trust and rapport with customers while uncovering their HVAC or plumbing service needs • Schedule and coordinate appointments with field technicians • Recommend service options, promote membership plans, and maximize each customer interaction • Deliver a world-class customer experience from first call to follow-up

What We’Re Looking For
