About This Role

This position is part of Artheon’s long-term team growth strategy. We hire early-career engineers, invest in their development, and promote from within. As an Associate Engineer, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of municipal engineering disciplines including transportation, water and wastewater, and infrastructure while learning how projects move from planning and review through construction and completion.

Grow Your Career with Blueprint This role includes a guaranteed seat in Blueprint, our new early career leadership program for engineers looking to grow beyond the typical entry-level experience. Over six months, participants take part in a hands-on curriculum covering professional development, business acumen, and project delivery — including case studies, simulations, and role-play exercises.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or co-op experience in civil or municipal engineering Familiarity with municipal infrastructure, transportation, or water/wastewater projects Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar engineering software The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting.
