As Big Happy enters its next phase of growth, we're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and leadership, owning our CRM data integrity, building reporting on key company and revenue metrics, and helping drive sales initiatives forward with clean, actionable insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves turning messy data into a clear story, thrives working cross-functionally, and wants hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing media/ad-tech company runs its revenue engine.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Operations.

Compensation

: The total

range for this role is $60,000-$82,500. This range is inclusive of base pay and bonuses.
