, and supporting the departments with day-to-day needs in office. The Fan Service Associate position will begin in August and continue for the entire 202 6- 2 7 regular season ending in April. Post/off-season hours may be scheduled on a case-by-case basis as needed.
This is a part-time, seasonal position that requires a high level of flexibility. Associates must be available to work all home games—including nights and weekends—as well as support regularly scheduled in-office needs throughout the season.
on behalf of and in conjunction with the Ticket Sales and Service department/Community Relations department and Kings Care Foundation all home games Preparing game night areas, materials and auction items Fulfilling pre-, in-game and post-game activations and experiences Providing service support at Ticket Sales and Service and Kings Care Foundation concourse booths Assisting with game night special events and needs, including those supporting other departments Supporting the Ticket Sales and Service department/Community Relations department and Kings Care Foundation in office Owning game night preparations and post-game duties Organizing and maintaining storage areas and shared workspaces Executing administrative duties, special projects and other assignments as necessary Assisting in the preparation of and at all major LA Kings and Kings Care Foundation events To include: LA Kings 5K, Kings Care Foundation Golf Tournament, LA Kings Festival, State of the Franchise, Season Ticket Member events, community events, and others SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: The individual must possess the following abilities, skills and knowledge, and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities: Take initiative and uphold a self-motivated, proactive work ethic Follow specific direction and use best judgement as necessary Payscale: $19.00 Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan
