In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable identity solutions across both workforce and customer identity domains, helping clients modernize their IAM landscape and strengthen their security posture.

Drive automation, extensibility, and operational efficiency through Auth0 Actions, Rules, Hooks, APIs, and custom development. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to delivery teams and client stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), with deep expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). Proven experience architecting and implementing Auth0 (Okta Customer Identity Cloud) solutions at enterprise scale. 0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, JWT, API security, and modern authentication patterns.

Hands-on experience with Auth0 Universal Login, Organizations, Actions, Rules, Hooks, Adaptive MFA, Passwordless Authentication, and Custom Database Connections. Experience designing customer registration, login, profile management, account linking, social identity, and customer journey workflows. Strong understanding of RBAC, authorization models, consent management, and customer identity governance.

What You'Ll Do

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Auth0 (Okta Customer Identity Cloud) solutions. Design end-to-end Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) architectures, including customer registration, authentication, authorization, account recovery, and user lifecycle management. Architect and implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, social login, and adaptive authentication solutions using Auth0.

Design secure customer identity journeys and optimize user experiences across web, mobile, and API-driven applications.
