Position Overview The Nurse Manager provides leadership for a team of nurses and nurse support staff. This includes establishing a professional relationship, helping to resolve clinical and administrative issues as they arise, giving feedback on performance and facilitating an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided . The Nurse Manager also provides clinical care to clients.

Range: $100,000 - $115,000/year Final

Responsibilities

and tasks Collaborate with the BHT Manager and Site/Executive Director on day- to- day nursing staffing issues and unfilled shifts and site needs Assist medical and psychiatric providers with information regarding examinations, tests, procedures, and care Provide care coordination between patient and the physician, staff, family, and outside care agencies as needed Provide behavioral support and crisis prevention and management Collaborate with site leadership regarding milieu management Capability to work in staffing as needed (may provide extra support for the scheduled team and/or be asked to work the floor during staffing gaps) Perform additional duties as assigned by Site/Executive Director
