PROPERTY TAX ANALYST We are seeking an experienced property tax professional responsible for managing property tax compliance, audits, and appeals processes nationwide, and supporting all aspects of property tax strategy and savings initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, real estate, finance or other business disciplines 2+ years of work experience as a property tax professional in a consulting firm or at a multi-state company PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Professional experience with Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of property tax laws, assessment and valuation methodologies Experience with managing relationships with external consultants Experience with appeals process in Texas, and other states Familiarity with other areas of state and local taxation Experience with property taxes related to the manufacturing industry or complex properties Excellent written and verbal communication skills ADDITIONAL

REQUIREMENTS

: This position is based in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area), and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered Willing to work extended hours as necessary

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
