What You'Ll Do

Architect Autonomy and Control Frameworks: Lead system architecture development for autonomous flight systems, including Flight Control, Autonomy, and High-Level Task Planning. GNC Software Integration: Design, implement, and integrate C++ product software for guidance, navigation, and control modules. Ensure portability and scalability across diverse aerial platforms, overseeing the transition from algorithmic design to embedded deployment.

Simulation Infrastructure: Champion the development of simulation and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test infrastructure. Verification Pipelines: Develop extensive C++, Python, and MATLAB-based verification infrastructure to automatically validate our software.

Qualifications

Experience with fielded robotic systems or flight testing small aircraft Extensive experience with Simulink and Embedded Coder Extensive experience with Unreal Engine or OpenGL Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $144,000 - $180,000.
