What You Will Do

ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide operational support to the La Plaza Project Manager in coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of this key Fan Zone area, ensuring the efficient operation of food beverage outlets, entertainment spaces, and public services, while facilitating coordination between suppliers, operational teams, and internal departments. You will: Support the Project Manager in the planning and coordination of La Plaza operations throughout the Load-In , Event Operations , and Load-Out phases. Coordinate communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the operational plan is delivered effectively.
Monitor the condition and operational readiness of facilities, including food beverage outlets, bars, furniture, stages, public seating areas, and guest services. Work closely with Food Beverage operators, entertainment providers, and other suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of services. Monitor day-to-day operations, identify operational issues, and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
Coordinate with the Production, Security, Cleaning, Access Control, Guest Experience, and other operational departments to ensure the smooth operation of La Plaza. Support the coordination of the operational staff assigned to the area, assisting with task allocation and operational follow-up. Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, schedules, incident logs, and action trackers.

Daily operational status reports, when requested by Fever. Records of operational issues and corrective actions implemented. Updated production schedules, action trackers, and operational documentation.
A final report summarising the operations carried out, including an overview of operational issues identified and, where appropriate, recommendations for future operational improvements. The Supplier shall provide the Services as an independent self-employed professional, organising independently the resources and methods necessary for their performance, without prejudice to the coordination required with Fever .
