Scopely is seeking an experienced, pragmatic, and business-minded Counsel, Commercial to join our legal team in Culver City, California . This role will serve as a legal lead for commercial matters, acting independently while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business and collaborating with global Legal teammates. This is an individual-contributor role for an experienced lawyer who thrives in fast-moving environments, exercises strong judgment, and approaches legal work as a strategic business partner aligned with Scopely’s global strategy.

What You Will Do

Commercial Contracting Advisory Serve as the lead attorney for a broad range of commercial matters supporting Scopely’s business teams and initiatives, as well as various games in Scopely’s portfolio.
