Relex Solutions — Atlanta, Georgia
RELEX Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Engineer to join our Plan Migration Technical Delivery team within Customer Operations. In this role, you will be at the heart of driving technical change delivery for RELEX customers — owning the execution of system migrations, integrations, and configuration changes that keep customer environments stable, accurate, and future-ready. You will be part of a team focused on delivering what RELEX builds to our customers, ensuring readiness for adoption and managing a coherent customer experience across the full product suite.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for engineers who thrive in dynamic, customer-facing delivery environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout migration lifecycles, from staging through production.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration runbooks, and delivery standards that scale across engagements. Contribute to continuous improvement of migration tooling, processes, and delivery frameworks.
