What You'Ll Do

As an RBT at The Helm ABA, you’ll work hands-on with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to build essential skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support long-term progress. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, mentorship-focused team that truly values learning and professional development.

What We’Re Looking For

Experience working with children (education, childcare, coaching, or similar roles) Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset Patience, professionalism, and confidence in managing challenging behaviors Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (no nights or weekends) Why The Helm ABA?
