The Basics Tanium is actively seeking a Program Manager to own the program management of product development activities – from ideation through go-to-market – for their assigned portfolio, partnering closely with portfolio product leaders within the CTO's organization . This is a build role, not a maintain role . Y ou will contribute to the design, implement ation , and iterat ion of program management processes for a spec-driven AI-first product development organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong program/project management foundation, sharp judgment under ambiguity, and the confidence to drive cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders , to decisions and deadlines. You will represent the Product Organization in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Enablement, and Marketing to usher products through the development lifecycle. A successful candidate is a self-starter who builds forward motion with incomplete information rather than waiting on full clarity.

This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.
