Qualifications

5-7+ years in finance, operations, or corporate accounting Strong understanding of corporate finance, cash management, and treasury Experience with financial reporting compliance, internal controls, or technical accounting preferred Familiarity with transfer pricing concepts and intercompany structuring across multi-entity organizations Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams independently Comfortable building processes and navigating ambiguity Proficient in Google Workspace and / or Microsoft Office suite; experience with SQL and Claude a plus Experience with cap tables and equity management preferred Experience with payroll processes preferred, familiarity with ADP a plus Experience with international entities a plus NYC or Chicago preferred
